Diotec SRL23 ultra-thin, powerful Schottky Diode

We would like to introduce you to new Diotec product – SRL23 Schottky diode in tiny PowerSOD-323 (DO-219AD) package that is dedicated to use in high power density Smart Home applications. It is high frequency optimized and features a repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and nominal forward current rating of 2A.

Appliances such as On-Wall Touch Screen Displays requires newest technology embedded in their components. The SRL23 is not only pretty small but also has low forward voltage characteristics that allows for energy efficient solutions for applications like battery chargers, power supplies, set-top boxes, smart meters, any kind of smart home devices and much more.
