LED1206-IR140-H – new IR LED 1206

Maritex introduces the first in its offer, infrared LED in the housing 1206 – LED1206-IR140-H from Honglitronic.

LED1206-IR140-H (manufacturer’s part number HL-PC-3216IR1C-L4) is an infrared (IR) light emitting diode with a dominant wavelength of typical 940 nm. The efficiency is 75 mW / 30 mA (it is also the absolute maximum value of forward current). LED1206-IR140-H is characterized by a very low value of operating voltage – typical 1.2 V. The viewing angle of this diode is 140 degrees.
