New 5630 Lextar LED PC56H19 in Maritex offer

Maritex intoduces new 5630 package LED (PLCC4) in its offer: PC56H19 from Lextar.

Lextar Electronics Corp. is a global leader in middle-power stream chip LEDs. Founded May 25 2016, Lextar is a subsidiary of AU Optronics (AUO), the leading TFT-LCD and solar PV manufacturer. Lextar represents strong offer of LEDs in packages like 2016, 3014, 3030 and 5630 as well as COB LEDs.

PC56H19 is available in CCT values: 2700 K, 3000 K, 3500 K, 4000 K, 5000 K, 5700 K and 6500 K, where specific temperature selection is specified using 3 types of bin scale of McAdams Elipse (3-step, 5-step and 7-step).

PC56H19 has become very popular thanks to high efficiency level. It is available in 3 different versions:

• V0 – max. flux efficiency about 175 lm/W,
• V1 – max. flux efficiency about 190 lm/W,
• V2 – max. flux efficiency about 200 lm/W.

Dimension of PC56H19 is 5.6 mm x 3.0 mm x 0.6 mm. This LED characterized by minimum CRI value of 80, beam angle = 120° and very low value of thermal resistance from 15°C/W to 18°C/W. The maximum driving current value for PC56H19 is 180 mA , where typical value is 65 mA.
