TGS3870 – new methane and CO gas sensor

Maritex is pleased to announce that FIGARO new sensors, the TGS3870-F00 / TGS3870-F04 display significant improvement in the cross-sensitivity to interference gasses as well as the durability against silicone vapors and VOC.

The new TGS3870-F00 / TGS3870-F04 has a smaller upper opening in the cap. The upper opening in the cap is covered with a double layer of 100-mesh stainless steel (SUS316) and the sensors cap also has a silica gel / activated charcoal filter for reducing the influence of interference gasses. Other dimensions and the pin connections remain the same.

The current sensors, TGS3870-B00 / B04 will be replaced by the new variant TGS3870-F00 / TGS3870-F04 gradually. If you plan to develop a new project with TGS3870, please contact Maritex for samples of the newer model.
