SJK-Shenzhen Crystal Technology Industrial Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1989, is a professional Manufacturer of frequency control products, including quartz crystal, Crystal units, Crystal oscillator, SPXO, differential output crystal oscillator, VCXO, TCXO, OCXO, 32.768kHz crystal, Ceramic resonator, Ceramic filter, SAW resonator, SAW filter, Crystal filter, MEMS oscillator, and more frequency control products. It owns independent brand SJK.

SJK offers a full portfolio of MEMS oscillators. These devices are designed for higher reliability, shorter lead times, and solving unique timing problems, such as EMI and in-system programmability.

LVPECL / LVDS / Oscillators

SJK offers an extensive portfolio of high-performance differential oscillators for networking, server, storage, and telecom applications. SJK offers the low jitter, as well as power supply noise rejection (PSNR) in the presence of common environmental hazards, such as shock, vibration, noisy power supply, and EMI.

• 0..21 ps rms jitter (typ.) in industry-standard, small form-factor packages

LVCMOS Oscillators

SJK offers an extensive portfolio of LVCMOS oscillators for consumer, industrial, IoT, and networking applications. These devices enable smaller size and lower power consumption. Plus, they come in a wide variety of industry-standard packages.

• 1 to 220 MHz with 6 decimal places of accuracy
• Power consumption as low as 60 µA
• Better frequency stability, as tight as ±10 ppm
• Industry-standard footprints (2016, 2520, 3225, 5032, and 7050)
